Clearly I am paying for my excellent experience with the Permera Call Center this morning.

Qwest was to have increased the speed on my line by 3 p.m. today. Their website says they have not. Their 'click here to chat with an expert!!' Wendy, says that they did.

I am now in call center hell. I am listening to VERY bad sound quality of very bad elevator music played a frenetic tempo because I said 'yes' when asked:

Susan, Would it be possible for you to wait on the line 4 or 5 minutes while I try to solution this?

She used those exact words. Twice. This is after I explained the problem several times and then put on hold. She came back to inform me that my speed had not been increased.

Wow. I totally wondered why I called you?!

I dropped Qwest the first chance I got, and reveled in the idea when Shobhit and I moved in together that we no longer needed a land line -- so I didn't have to deal with them in any way, shape or form ever.

I'm kind of biased because of my own personal experience. But I'm still convinced that whenever Satan takes a big huge crap, another Qwest office is manifested.
