Today has been full of things BUT the highlight was lunch with Frank at Issaquah Cafe. It's always fun to visit with him. And he brought me a Mariners bucket hat which fits me perfectly and I love. And two puzzles!
Before I left, I sewed. I got some shirts from Amazon - short sleeve slinky things to wear under tops. They were really too long. So I got out my little hand held sewer and really put it to the test. And it passed with flying colors. I tried a couple of other kinds of hand held sewing machines but this one is hands down the best. I still have three more to do. I'll get to those in a bit.
When I got home from lunch, my new shelves were waiting for me. They are cheaply made but pretty sturdy and exactly perfect for what I need.

I saw John and Hazel as I got out of the elevator "The blue light is still BLINKING!!!!" John is so excited about that blue light...
I need to go check on Myrna before I finish the sewing.
The last doll to go on the shelf made four but as I type this there are only three.
