susandennisIn fairness, Myrna is a top shopping athlete. She could metal at the shopping Olympics even today. The festival went on for about 4892 booths. There was not one earring or necklace or ring that she did not look at touch, oooh over and enjoy. Really it was funny and sweet. We were able to breeze past the dog garment booths and the candle booths but not much else. We had to stop and look at oooo and ahhh over it all.
Happily the weather was fucking perfect. Really. The Timber Ridge bus took 11 of us and dropped us off about 11:15 and then came back to pick us up at 2. Of the 11, 0 were whiners, 0 were complainers, 0 were late getting to the bus and 0 were late getting back. It was an excellent group.
We miles and miles and miles. We went from 'what's a corn dog?' to 'oh my, that was the best corn dog I ever ate!!'. In fairness, it was a particularly outstanding corn dog. I kept asking her if she was ready for a rest and she kept telling me no. I was. But she never asked!
We both agreed it was a very fun outing and we were very glad we had gone.
I am whipped. As my cousin used to say 'my dogs are screamin'! After some ass sitting, I did manage to go down and pick up dinner and now I have my bra off, my shoes off and I'm getting ready to watch the last episode of The Perfect Couple (Netflix) and find out which of those entitled people killed the skank.
