Rainy Tuesday

susandennisThere's a misogynistic asshole who plays volleyball. He's not a good player and he's whiny. Today he got too cold so left early. I spent a lot of the rest of the time trying to figure out how I can get cold air to blow on him every time so he just gives up coming. I am convinced that there are some people put on the earth to annoy the crap out of me.
On to brighter things. My new free COVID tests arrive. I hope they die neglected like my last ones.
I found a good new (to me) TV show. Murder in a Small Town is Canadian, I think and on ABC and Hulu. I watched the first episode and it was very good. I look forward to the rest.
Myrna and I ran errands yesterday that included Safeway. We still need to get to Costco this week while my coffee is still on sale. But, it won't be today. One of her friends is having high tea. It's fancy dress high tea and she's so looking forward to it.
I'll be knitting and knitting. There was a massive adoption yesterday. It actually went on all day. Every time I looked at the shelf, another had gone. The last time I looked - 8:05 this morning, there were 4 left. One is nearly finished. But I may need to go back to one basket!

Date: 2024-10-08 04:38 pm (UTC)All the time I thought it was just me but yesterday it was time for a group to play and he was by himself which means three people needed to fill the court. There was group resistance. It was really funny to see who was going to take it for the team.
If I could only get the sun to shine directly on him so he'd decide it was too hot to show I'd be a hero.
