Watching the time
Oct. 21st, 2024 07:28 amWe'll go back to regular time soon and so I'm watching the clock to see when the sun will be in my eyes a couple of weeks from now. I honestly don't remember having a problem until about April. This is in the pool, I mean. It's now 7:35 and still pretty dark out.
Biggie scored a partial victory this morning. He would not leave me alone and he looked like he really was thinking of biting so I spooned in some (actually very little) of the high priced food over what he left from breakfast. It worked. He was sooooo happy.
And I am sooooo happy with my new TV. It's so simple and easy. We have free (very very basic) cable TV here but with the LG, it required 3 different remotes and a bunch o' button pushing to get to it. With this TV, I set it up like just another streaming service. One click and I'm there. (Still requires 2 remotes and watching live TV is weird but at least now it's a viable option,
Today we have a Resident Update Meeting where the department heads all report on stuff. It's usually pretty interesting.
And knitting and TV and other miscellaneous stuff.
