Limited time to daudle

susandennisThe guy across the hall needs two witnesses to his sister's signature on end of life documents. It's all very convoluted and weird but all we need to do is meet in the lobby and look and sign. The 'we' is Myrna cause I volunteered her for witness number 2. No big deal but I promised we'd be down there by 9:30 and sometimes, in the mornings after volleyball, I dawdle. Can't today!
I was deliciously cold last night sleeping so today I'm going to switch to the comforter which was too hot last time I tried it. Fingers crossed. I have others if this one doesn't work but I really like this one so I'm hoping. Mainly, I just love getting cold enough to snuggle in. Last night I got up to pee and Biggie and Julio left in a huff so I took their nice warm spot and thanked them.
Christian did the design work on the apartment of a woman who moved in I think last month or earlier this one. She called me for a reference before hiring him and he says she's fun. Ruth. I met her the other day at the resident's meeting. I sent her an email yesterday and suggested we do dinner. So we are! We're meeting in the bar on Monday evening.
So for Christmas, I'm going to get Hazel, John and Myrna a gift that says Ladies Who Lunch Plus John. I'm not sure what it will be. Shirts don't do it for me. And coffee mugs won't work. I need to get onto Etsy and get inspired. It needs to be small and I want it to be handy. Maybe very small tissue cases.
Ok time now to go get dressed.
Yesterday I added a doll to the cat and the day glow bear. And then the bear left and today the basket is empty. And we start again. Noelle asked me yesterday if I could or would be interested in using her some of her old sari's to make dolls. They are the silk ones she had when she was growing up in India. I could not say no but wow. We agreed, we'd pick one and I'd give it a try. Stay tuned.

Or coffee mugs? Do people bring coffee in their own mugs to the elbow meetings?
