Oh yeah, fringe is the answer

I got to Biggie's 8:10 appointment at 7:58 and they hadn't even unlocked the doors yet. We were done by 8:07. $125.

The people who came in after me were there for a scan (cat scan!!) $600 so I figured I got off easy. But, I'm glad to know they do scans if anyone ever needs one. My last vet wanted me to go about 45 miles to the nearest scanner. Ugh.

Got groceries. Got fringe. And, yep, that's what it needed. I haven't sewn it on yet but you can see what a difference it will make.



And the spot disappears forever.

In other breaking news... my neighbor across the hall - weird Jim - spent the big bucks (I think about 8 grand) to have a car charging outlet mounted on the wall between his car and mine!!! So now, if/when I ever get an electric car, charging will be simple and, as of right now, anyway, electricity is included in rent. Score. If I didn't love my own car so much, I'd sure be tempted.



And... that's the news so far today. Oh USPS says I have another envelope in the mail today from the IRS. Those guys must think I'm hot. Mail won't be in for several hours.
