It's just now getting light out and it looks like there may be a few flakes on the ground and/or lots of ice - even on the road. Both my phone weather apps say there is a 90% chance of snow at 9 am. (BTW, they rarely agree on stuff like this so... interesting). It's now 7:30. Since my main interest in snow is watching it fall, 9 am is a perfect time.

Bret says he has had more condo showings. But, still no offers.

Assuming it will sell one day, I've been searching for some new tops. All I want is pockets. How many tops have true pockets (not those tiny breast slits)? Precious few. So now every web page stops me in my tracks with first - the FABULOUS deal I will get if I subscribe to their newsletter and then the FABULOUS deal I will get if I sign up for their texts. THEN, the news, or whatever else I wanted on the page, is then littered with ugly ass fat lady trailer park tops in pink and purple and... no pockets. POCKETS, Google, POCKETS. I have long advocated for a law that makes it illegal to manufacture clothes without pockets. I'd love 'em in my bra, my panties and my socks, if possible but at least give me tops with pockets. I am not ever going to buy another shirt, tunic, blouse without pockets. Not ever. So listen up, Google.

And, no, I don't want your damn newsletter.

I'm giving serious thought to moving my knives, spoons and forks to a different drawer. I've been thinking about it for a while. I know. It's a drastic move which is why I've given it so much thought. But, I might just do it today. While I watch the snow.

And laundry.

Vermont Country Store sells tunic shirts with pockets. The downside is they're usually $60 a pop.

I get their actual catalog ever since I ordered something from a copy my grandpa had. Calling in an order to them would be your version of shopping hell haha. Apparently in Vermont it's bad manners to just get right down to business. Chit-chat is required. When I call them, the person who answers has to ask me a lot of questions about Seattle weather and such before even acknowledging that I've called to buy something.

My mother-in-law has gifted me items from The Blair catalog, so I took a look. I saw at least one tunic with pockets, just a thought!

I live in hooded sweaters - both because of the hood (to keep the back of my neck warm, hooray for super short hair) and because of the big USEFUL pocket on the front. In fact I have ONE hoodie that for some reason is MISSING the front pocket - and everytime I wear it, I am mad about it not being there, LOL

What about scrub tops? They have pockets and come in all kinds of sizes and colours? They are generally not stretchy though - and I love me a stretchy top :D

Oh - I lie! They come in stretch knits too! butter soft stretch 5 pocket scrub top
