I slept in today and when I opened my eyes just before 7, I saw daylight. First time since last Fall. I will miss my dark mornings.

I did wake up about 4 and felt both my legs and my butt were full of ache. Hmmm. Musta done something yesterday. Ha. I did reconsider the PT option and decided to go one more time. The same guy I have now seen twice will not be there and I figure I might as well try out a different guy now that I have the option. I'm going to need to find a different range/quantity of exercises if I am to keep this up forever. The range/quantity he gave me yesterday is not sustainable - by me. I'll quit - maybe not today but soonish, it will be more than I am up for. I need to find a set/group that I will do forever. So I will go one more time.

The insurance website has the first visit listed now and, as suspected, the co-pay is $20. This is a relief on a couple of levels. It's what their 'plan' info said it would be which is good and it's doable. So one more visit will work out Okdokey. Also comparing insurances... Humana would have taken 3-4 months to post this kind of info and would have made finding it impossible. UHC's website is way way way better and faster than Humana's and the info is way easier to find. And the January 28 visit is showing there now. Less than one month.

All of my tax stuff is ready. I spent a good few hours yesterday getting everything together. I have one more set of docs from the one investment company and then the package is ready to go. It took me a lot longer than I thought it would BUT I do think I have every t crossed and i dotted. And I have no clue whether I will have to pay a fortune or will have a fortune in refund or something in the middle. And next year is going to be a shit show. BUT at least I have a professional on the hook to keep me out of prison - debtors or other.

While I was sleeping in, the cats, this morning were very busy. Yarn is strewn across the living room floor. There was a pad in the toilet (which fortunately I saw and fished out before using it!) and the indoor thermometer is knocked off its velcro'd hanger. No telling what I haven't found yet.

Back when Biggie could own eat the high priced special food, he also could only have the high priced special treats. The other day I picked him up a bag of Temptations. This morning, I loaded up his treat cup. OMG it was love such love where have you been????? romantic music as the couple - temptation+Biggie found each other again. Hilarious. I did manage to rescue one for Julio who licked it, smelled it and was just getting ready to reject it when Biggie snatched it.

Laundry day.

Guess I'd better pick up the cat debris and get dressed.

I just had a revolution in my cat's snubbiness. She snubs her food when she's constipated. I thought it was because she didn't like the flavor... but then weeks later she would eat the same food she was snubbing. It made me realize that they probably are being picky due to their internal feelings as much as their pickiness.

I don't know how many exercises they have given you, but one thing you might consider asking them is to develop maybe two smaller programs and alternating days, possibly to keep from being bored but also because no one wants to do a million exercises -- including this PT :)
