A regular day

susandennisYesterday the house cleaner came and this morning my house is still all clean and orderly. I need to make a bigger effort to keep it uncluttered. It's such a peaceful way to greet the day.
Still no offers on the condo. My realtor is pretty good about sending me updates and there have been viewings but no offers. No offers on the other one - the cheap, dirty one - either. It is causing confusion with buyers, he reports so he's going to investigate which I kind of thought he would have done already but whatever.
Biggie's still sneezing like crazy but also getting into trouble and eating and using the litter box just fine so I'm not worried. Also Julio hasn't caught it yet.
I'm on day two of the latest allergy pill trial. No valid results yet.
Today is the RUM meeting. Residents Update Meeting. Once a month the top tier management here holds a state of the place kind of meeting. It's generally an hour of people reading the power point presentations they created in a barely audible monotone. But also generally, there are one or two little gems of info you can't get otherwise and it tends to keep the rumors from getting wildly out of control. It's mostly pretty much worth an hour of my time so I'll go.
I dropped my tax stuff off at the CPA's on Feb 14. I got a call the next day or maybe that afternoon with some questions but then have heard nothing. I'm not particularly worried or stressed but I kind of would like to know how much I'm going to have to pay. I sent an email this morning asking for news.
It's a non rainy day with warm-ish temperatures expected. All the old people will be flocking outside.
