susandennisMy 100% lack of interest in the movies led to my sitting out last night's annual movie lovers fest. I did take a moment this morning to review Tom & Lorenzo's best and worst dressed over at Cosmopolitan. Interesting but a task completed in less than 5 mins. On to next year!
This morning I went hunting for more centritizine. I knew I had a bottle but I thought maybe I had downsized it when I moved. Found it!! Lots left. Saved some Skippy there. I have a giant Amazon order coming today. Toilet paper, kitty litter and cat food and a bunch of other stuff that I really should not have ordered.
When I lived downtown, the Amazon delivery schedule was pretty much 'hit buy, then go open the door and retrieve package'. 7 days a week. Sometimes you had to wait an hour or two but that was it. Here in the boonies, it's quite different. If I order on Sunday-Wednesday, it's generally 1 or 2 days. If I order Thursday-Saturday, the stuff comes on Monday.
Downtown, this meant I had a dribble or orders coming in all the time. A little of this, a little of that. Plus I wasn't strapped for cash. Now, I order up and then on Mondays I see the error of my ways when a giant delivery arrives to slap me in the face. Oh well. Worst case my brother and his sons will have to pay less in inheritance taxes.
Usually, I kill an hour and a half or more in the middle of the day eating lunch with Hazel and John. I don't go every day any more but, actually most days. Today they are off to the tax preparer so no lunch dining. I ordered lunch to be picked up. One of their excellent omelets with excellent hash browns. I'll eat half for lunch and then have the other half for breakfast tomorrow.
I have aqua yoga at 2. And there will be puzzling.
Joan is putting together a byo drink 4 pm gathering for remembering Myrna tomorrow in the elbow.
