A year and a half ago, I went to a podiatrist for the first time ever. I have always had massive problems with my feet. I mean always. I had to wear brown tie oxfords when my first grade friends got to wear loafers and Mary Janes. I was very used to their hurting mostly always. Pains across the toe box, cramps in the toes, huge callouses. But, when I moved into Timber Ridge, they had a podiatrist who came here so I made an appointment.

She was actually very good. She fixed a sore toe (too much nail), and told me to never ever go barefoot and always always wear arch supports. She even told me what kind of slippers to buy and told me to always wear my arch supported shoes or these slippers. And I did. And for the first time in 70 years, my feet did not hurt.

Yesterday, for some wildassed reason, I never put shoes or slippers on. I didn't go far but I did sit on my feet like I used to. And fuck me did they hurt. My toes are still cramped up this morning. Ok. I got it. No more.

While mistreating my feet yesterday, I made 4 monsters. Then after dark, I saw that my neighbor had turned off her plane glidingly bright light. So I robbed the basket of 2 of the monsters and 2 dolls and put them into a bag with a note and hung it from her door knob this morning.

Julio is bored lately. When Biggie got bored, I got him a kitten. Julio is NOT getting a kitten.

Aqua Yoga today and probably lunch with Hazel and John and some puzzling. The usual.

I've always had foot pain too, I have an appointment at the end of the month to have them looked at for the first time. I'm hoping they can do something for me
