Opening Day

susandennisWe did not get the giant storm with hail and tornadoes last night BUT we did get some solid lightening and a little thunder. For the record, these two cats who think nothing of vacuum cleaners are not at all into thunderstorms. I opened the door to the terrace (and closed off their access with the screen door). Ordinarily, they'd be Nose To Screen but the first thunder sent Biggie under the bed and Julio to the top of the kitchen cabinets. Ha. Good thing they don't live in the Southeast.
Baseball team auditions start today. The first game is at noon on ESPN which I don't access to but they will be ESPN announcers anyway and I don't care about them. The Toronto game starts at noon as well but it's two American League teams. I will probably tune in just because. But the fun, starts at 1. There are lots of games at 1-ish. My plan is to start with one and listen until the broadcasters say something stupid, and then switch to another one. I'll probably start with Pittsburgh. If a miracle happens and they don't piss me off within 3 innings, I'll switch anyway, probably.
We'll just have to see. BUT, I am disproportionately jazzed about all of this.

Chinese food on the buffet tonight - yum. Yesterday's production.
