Much to do

susandennisI like oatmeal a lot but I've had these weird issues with cereal and milk. Even lactate free milk. So I try it once in a while to make sure I still have the issue and then give it up. Until about a month ago. Tried it. Issue. But then... what if I just made the oatmeal soupy and ate it sans milk? Doh! I've always used milk. Always but... no milk works great. Oatmeal and I are now besties again.
Yesterday, I saw the cutest commercial - I just found it on youtube and it's not as cute the second time but still. Ketchup in cupboard or fridge. The debate goes on. Mine's in the fridge but only because I have tons of room in the door where all good condiments live.
Yesterday's baseball season opener went pretty well. MLB's app took a nose dive when most of the games started at 1 pm PDT. You couldn't get to any for a good 30 minutes. But, after that, I watched some of a whole lotta games. St. Louis Cardinals is a clearly loser. Those guys are way worse than the Mariner broadcasters - took only 15 mins to discover that. Toronto was a winner but I want a National League team so ... It might well be a jump from game to game for a while. But, that's fine.
I kept an eye on the Mariner game via GameDay and it was a snoozer. Finally, I went to bed, listened to my book for a while, then turned the game (radio) back on. They were in the 8th inning and losing. And then... they pulled it out in fine fashion. It was a lovely end to Opening Day.
Today is new menu day. They put them into our cubbies in the mailroom on Fridays before 9. So I need to go get mine. If there are lots of lovely sounding things on the menu next week, I'll finish out this one normally. If next week sucks, I may well order double of one of my favorites this week to make sure I use up all my money. (I order double meals and freeze one.)
Then I think I'll repeated my stairwell to stairwell floor by floor walk but this time over on this side of the building.
Then I'm going to Krispy Kreme for donuts and, probably, Taco Time for a beef soft taco for lunch or maybe a poke bowl. Then back here to watch the Rockies vs. Rays. Neither one of those teams will make my final cut (Rays = wrong league. Rockies = too far west.) but it's the only game at 1 today so why not give them a few innings?
Also I still haven't cleaned up my phone's screen so there's that. Maybe.
But first I need to go down and get Bonny's papers off her shelf.
