If you are a food snob or love to cook you can just skip this entry. But for the rest of you... I made an amazing discovery tonight. At the grocery today I picked up 4 different kinds of Stouffer's Corner Bistro. I've been meaning to try one and they were on sale. $4.

Tonight I had Seafood Scampi and I'm here to tell you that it was absolutely delicious in every single way. I even ate all of the green beans and carrots and I hate green beans and carrots (at least cooked ones). I cooked it exactly like the instructions said. 10 mins in the microwave on high and then let it sit 2 more minutes. There was plenty of it. I'm stuffed. And it was great. I am astounded.

I've always been fond of Stouffer's. I love their Welsh Rarebit and their Cream Chipped Beef but this is just over the top. I sure hope the other three are as good. I may make a special trip back to that store to get more while they are still on sale.

I like Stouffer's lasagna. It tastes like homeade to me, and I'm not going to take the time to bake any from scratch.

The lasagne is good, even the Lean Cuisine by stouffers is good. I love the spaghetti, both kinds.

I could live on pre-cooked food that you heat up fast in the microwave. When I lived alone it was my main sustenance. Having another person to cook for has changed my habits drastically. It has to be love.
