My work laptop just blew up. Blue screen of hardware death. I managed to get it to safe mode and I'm running check disk now. I'm sure it's futile. 98% complete. It's taking forever. I do not need this.
Ah, just a memory chip. I've been reading How to Survive a Robot Uprising. Now my laptop wants to reboot to install a "service patch." Too coincidental, if you ask me.
This same machine will NOT install that service patch. I keep getting an install failure and a message to contact my system administrator. You got his number?
