I had a hankerin' to buy something.  I went to Costco and they didn't have what I wanted and I didn't feel like traipsing all over town.  So I came back home and went back to work.  But, then...  here comes an email from one of my favorite places TechForLess - free shipping all weekend.  Now we're talking so I went looking.

And I found a bargain.  A wireless webcam.  When I redid my OS, my cams lost out.  Only one really installed easily.  And it's also likely to be the only one who's going to like Vista.  And the software choked and I didn't feel like coaxing it back to life and Mom didn't need to make sure I was alive 12 times a day so I just took down the web cam page.

But, wireless?  Hmmm now, that's got some possibilities.  And I've wanted to see how they actually do work.  The one I bought is a refurbished one and it will be fun to try out. 

And, yeah, kjaz I know I once said that if I had wireless cam I could hook it up in the shower like you suggested so you could see when I fell and couldn't get up, but I'm thinkin' maybe not.  We'll see.

It could be fun.  I could show off the Seahawks' crowds maybe and other stuff maybe.

Anyway, I think my buyin' jones is now satisfied.  At least for a bit.

And, I'm going to settle in for an evening of some TV.
