Finally - after two weeks - ok there was a big old holiday in the middle, but still... 

I get a call from the first house cleaning service I contacted.  April Lane I decided to try them once.  Friday at 3.  They are pricey - $80 but I can use my Discover card and so that's handy.  And I do like the idea of a service instead of a single.  The guy was a bit slow on the uptake.  He had a form to fill out and by dern he was going to get the thing filled out.

I told him I would be here every time the whole time and could answer any questions and just wanted the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen cleaned and that was it and no I didn't want anything extra cleaned etc.  Then he asked if I had pets.  Yes, I have two cats.  And what are their names please.  You do understand that I will be here the whole time so I'm a bit confused about why you need to know my cats' names to get my kitchen clean?  I was pleasant and trying to be patient and even succeeding a little. 

Anyway, Friday at 3.  Rachael.  Yeah.

I sure hope you are seeing snow, because wow we are really seeing it come down.

Bless you! I didn't know a thing cause it was dark and I was working... but I turned on the news and wow! Nothing here yet but I'm watching and hopeful!

The snow is coming down here on Capitol Hill (6pm), and according to channel 4, it's moving south in your direction!
