I'm feeling very good this morning.  My desk is put back together, the living room no longer looks like Fry's threw up on it.  I even let Roomba do the vacuuming this morning.  I'm pretty good about letting it go in the other part of the house, but I spend so much time in the living room and it's so loud, that I put it off and off.  But, this morning it is done.

I spent 2 hours getting caught up on work work and now I'm feeling pretty darned good about stuff.

I think my next hour and a half is going to be CBS Sunday Morning and my newest teddy bear.

Oh.  I did get a bit of disconcerting news.  Jean - my neighbor who has been taking my teddy bears to the shelter so nicely and religiously - ain't going to do it any more.  Arugh.  My teddy bears were a small part of the work she did for them.  She said she's been doing their stuff for 30-40 hours a week for a year and she's ready to move on to other things.  She said she would give them my number so they can arrange for someone else to pick up teddy bears.  I hope they call.  If not, I'm going to have a bit of a population issue.  The finding/arranging and general connecting to the charity is not my favorite part of teddy bear making.  Sigh.

Oh well, I'm several weeks away from it's really being a problem and, hopefully, within those weeks an answer will come.  She says amazingly passively!

While on vacation I've actually done some knitting and have run out of yarn. We stopped at a certain store for more and I was delighted to see Strata up close and personal.
Of course they didnt have the yarn I needed but boy the strata looked tempting.

I think police departments use bears for children who are traumatized, also. Might be a place that needs them.
