susandennisThe mail carrier was some random Saturday guy who ignored my giant note and was all set to leave me a 'come and get it yourself' sticky but I saw him on the front door cam and went racing down and caught him and rescued the blonde. (Kind of amazing to think she left here last Saturday, spent 3 days getting worked on and now is back almost exactly a week later. go USPS!!)
And she's so happy to be here. I've got her set up in paralel with my XP. I have a really crappy old keyboard that is making me nuts so clearly this setup isn't going to last long. I can't type for shit on this thing.
I hit the same dual monitor snag again. I can get both monitors to display and work fine as clones but not independantly. The mouse focus won't move to display #2. My brother has a query on one geek forum and I've got one on the Nvidia forum. He tested the shit out of the monitors - two, one, clone, individual and they worked fine. Now they don't. It's got to be operator error but what in the heck can I do differently???? wild.
Ohhh this keyboard sucks.
