20 minutes... 5 at 2 and 15 at 2.5 and then the exercises. I was surprised at how much the exercises took out of me. I was tired. Interestingly, however, not winded... just tired. It may be my imagination but I swear I think my ability to breathe is getting better.
My hip hurting thing? On the treadmill? Gone. Vanished. History. No trace at all. Nothing.
But... also... and this is where we don't share with Jerome... Sitting cross legged on the chaise to work on in bed when reading the paper or computing? Doesn't hurt any more either! It is the most comfortable.
He told me to stretch out my legs and elevate my knees. I tried it. I got a small pillow and put it under my knees. I lasted maybe 10 mins. Not happening. Oh well.
But, I am excited about my progress.
If I leave now, to take the car, I can swing by McDonalds and take one of those sausage biscuits off their hands.
