You know, yesterday I really didn't feel that good.  I hadn't slept well the night before.  And then the day just got hard.  My back and shoulders and neck really nagged me all day long, too.  Finally, last night, I remembered to take Ibuprofen.

I went on to have one of the best night's sleep I've had in forever.   This morning's workout was 25 at 25.  I really should just get over myself and do 30 minutes at 3.0.  Maybe one day.  I did get a little more bored on the treadmill today than before but not horribly.  Then I went through my exercises.  I'm still not doing 2 sets of 10 reps but I will.

Now home and to work.   Today will be better.  I think my mind and body were just ready to be 58 years old and now they are.  We're good with that.

I remember in college pe, the weight traing coach taught us to do a lot of reps at a low weight to build stamina ( the goal was to run a mile in under 6 minutes.) He was a real shrimp of a guy but I bet he's still in great shape.
