25 at 26! 

Jerome suggested that I move up one tick every day - one tick faster one day and one tick longer the next.  Sounded like a great plan to me.

Then last night I studied my notes and found that he has me doing 4 different stretches and 6 different exercises/machines.  So it will be treadmill + 4 +3 on the A day and treadmill + 4 + the other 3 on the the B day. 

I can increase the number of reps and on the the machines I can increase the weights.  It's so doable and it feels good.  I now feel like I've got a good, repeatable routine.

And so... I got my star for today.

Sounds to me like you are doing really well, Susan. And have almost reached that happy addictive stage, which typically takes three weeks. (It hasn't been that long, has it?)
