25 at 26!
Jerome suggested that I move up one tick every day - one tick faster one day and one tick longer the next. Sounded like a great plan to me.
Then last night I studied my notes and found that he has me doing 4 different stretches and 6 different exercises/machines. So it will be treadmill + 4 +3 on the A day and treadmill + 4 + the other 3 on the the B day.
I can increase the number of reps and on the the machines I can increase the weights. It's so doable and it feels good. I now feel like I've got a good, repeatable routine.
And so... I got my star for today.
