This job is wild.  You really need to roll with the punches.  Some days there aren't any and some days they just keep on coming non-stop.  This morning when I got back from my workout, I had one small job on my ToDo liist.  That job took literally 30 minutes.  By the time I finished it, I had a pile more and as I got them whacked down one by one, they were replaced one by one. Non stop.  Finally at 4:45, I pulled the plug.  But, not really, I'm still getting emails and I'm still answering them.  And billing for the fun :)

Saturday, I stopped into a grocery store I've been meaning to check out for a while.  It's a funky place that is part of a small privately owned chain - Grocery Outlet.  They had all kinds of stuff you don't see other places - very few if any veggies (I don't remember seeing any) and not so much meat but a large frozen food section.

I picked up a Royal Asia Jumbo Kung Pao Shrimp (with Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce).  If you scroll down on this page, you'll see it.  So why did I even bother looking it up?  Because I had it last night and it was DELICIOUS!!!  I mean, seriously, excellent.  I am going to have to go back and get more.  And my eyes will now be peeled for the rest of the stuff they carry.

Yeah, we have a GO here near Asheville. Like yours it carries mostly frozen stuff. The manager told me it was the equivalent of a Big Lots store for food -- overstocks, close outs... I often find some great prices!

Interesting!! I sure hope this shrimp wasn't a close out but it probably was. I did not pay much attention to the prices as I was gathering stuff but when I got to the checkout counter, it did sure seem like I got a boat load of goodies for $25. I am going to be a regular.

You know what also kicks is General Tso's shrimp (we get it from the local Chinese restaurant by way of delivery). I know you love the chicken, but check it out sometime-variety is the spice!
