30 mins at 2.7 with stretches and exercises. The stretches and exercises are getting old. I think I need new ones. After next week, I'll be at six weeks and I think it will be time to buy a little more Jerome.
Yakker wasn't there today and neither was Really Old Guy. Maybe they are MWF boys.
There is a guy who comes in nearly every single day at my time who looks to be about my age. He appears to be in pretty good shape and looks for all the world like he could have been and maybe still is a jazz singer in smoky night clubs in the 50s. He spends a good 30 minutes every morning stretching in various ways - slowly and calmly and methodically - walking back to a little side table in between to get a sip out of his coffee cup. He always says hi. He's nice to have around.
