I've had many good workout days and, gratefully, few bad ones but today has to go in the bad column.  I was tired and rushed and had no energy or desire or even ability.  I did 30 at 2.7 on the treadmill but at 'mile post' 15 minutes, I had to promise myself that if I made it to 30, I could skip the rest.  So I did and I did.

Hopefully this is an aberration and tomorrow all will be back to normal.

I only deserve a half a star but...  It seems cruel to cut a poor star in half so I'm giving myself a whole one anyway.

You are still entitled to a star on a rest day

Rest days are ok, really.

Now if you could just schedule weeks in advance which days are going to suck and use them as rest days and not even go to the gym at all.

I'm very proud of your progress. I need to get back with the program myself.

Have you checked your BP lately? You may have been lowering it naturally and may get to reduce or eliminate your meds.
