Better.  Way better.  Not perfect but I'm very grateful for better.  I did my 30 minutes at 2.7 and my stretches and full reps of my exercises.  I did go earlier today by an hour.  I wanted to take my time and not be rushed.  I think that helped.  My radio goes on at 6 but I have, for several weeks now, been just semi waking up and then semi sleeping for anther hour or hour and a half.  I think I need to stop that.   At least while work is so busy.

A star today and one I truly earned.

Remind yourself that everyone has bad days when exercising, just like the rest of life. No one has a perfect exercise experience. Things get sore, they break (hopefully equipment and not you), and there are times when one is Just Not In The Mood. And that's okay, as long as you don't let that one day become weeks or months off. :)
