30 minutes at 2.8. 30 minutes at 2.7, when I'm having a good day - most days, is easy for me now. 2.8 is not so easy. But, doable.
I finally figured out this morning that once I get used to a certain level of exercise, I start thinking about more or different. I knew I was thinking about more and different but I didn't know why. Doh.
I know, I know but you guys have been doing this forever. I have spent 58 years studiously and purposefully and carefully and thoughtfully trying to avoid anything that could be construed as exercise and, except for a few times when I fell off the wagon, I've been very successful.
I did my stretches and exercises and even 15 of the hated squats. I think rather than worry about the bicycle, I'll concentrate on getting to 30 at 30 on the treadmill.
