email weirdness

My email isn't getting to my Mom. She's getting email from others... Others are getting email from me. I am getting email from here. But mine is just, apparently, going into some big holding bin somewhere. I've sent to her domain name email address and her direct isp address and nada. Nothing. About hours ago I sent a note to her with links to the invitation so she could approve/disapprove. I copied my brother and my sister. They both got it and replied. She never even got it. Very strange indeed.

Just as I finished typing that I thought to check one more thing... Sure enough. Mom had somehow marked me as 'Block Sender' which is a handy little Outlook Express feature for junk mail - not daughters!! I unblocked me and mystery is solved. Whew...

WAY cool invite there, Miss! Love the way you were able to put that artistic rendering of your Mom on the invitation.

We love using limos in my family. Does not cost all that much for a memorable and FUN way to go!

Thanks about the invite. The picture of Mom was tough. It's a photo I took of her at Thanksgiving. I love it because it looks just like her. She hates it because it makes her look so old. So the pencil thing was a compromise...

I wish we could get one of your limos! Northeast limos and Southeast limos are not related, I don't think. This one is going to cost us $85 an hour and we'll have to get him for 4-5 hours. But, I keep telling Mom - I'll take care of her first 80th birthday party and she can do the ones after that.
