susandennisMy old toaster oven is not totally dead yet. I figured if the new little one didn't work out, I would need something to tied me over until I could find another replacement.
No need. It's going down to the dumpster. The new one rocks!
It is speedy gonzoles. I took a rock hard frozen pork chop. Threw some seasoning on it, slapped it in there and hit two buttons. 10 mins on one side and 15 on the other and it was 5 minutest too long! Other than being a little dry because I over cooked it, it was fine and dandy!
I do need to make sure I used a little deeper pan to put my rack on so that I can add a layer of water - it got a little smoky but water in the bottom of the pan will fix that. I love this little thing!!

Today was a hard one work wise. 40 bascillion people tearing me elevendy differentl ways with stuff that had to be done NOW!!! I felt like pounded meat.
On the up side, I did get some very nice words from one of my biggest (and funnest) customers and he said them in front of his boss who pays my bill. Nice.

The Mariner game lasted for.ev.er last night. The Mariners finally won in the 13th. Tonight's game is tied in the 4th. I kind of needed an easy one. I'm tired. No rest for the beautiful, I guess.
