Day 91 - VICTORY!!!

I did it!  30 minutes at 3.0!!!  How cool is that?? I'm very proud.

The really really old creepy guy was on the middle of the three Bikes with Backs so I figured it was time to try the rowing machine. 

I did not know how to work the controls so I went for the default.  Which turns out to be gentle flowing river speed.  I did 5 minutes.  It was good but it was definitely working some bits unworked before.  Tjia and Sandy were both working out and testing the machines.  When I got off the row boat, Tjia walked by and said 'you've got great form on that rowing machine!'    Turns out, I'm a natural!!! 

Poor Thomas hit a bit of a consumer pothole yesterday but I don't think his stickers have any lead paint and they don't require licking and today's says GREAT!

When I saw that recall last night I panicked because we have a TON of Thomas stuff. Luckily most of ours is the plastic kind that is safe for the under 3 crowd, so we were spared.

I wonder constantly about the playground equipment we have outside the high-rise in my development, since the place was built back in the early 60s when lead paint was still being widely used. I can't help but wince when I hear parents talk about taking their kids out there...
