In a few days - a week for sure - I will quit talking about cellphones.  I promise.  But for now...

My new phone - the $15 one - is just exactly what I wanted.  It's not activated yet and already I love it.  For starters, I can read the screen - easily.  It has games - three of them that are perfect for killing 5 minutes in line or waiting at a table.  It has a lamp function that I've never heard of before but, it works beautifully - in the dark, you turn on the lamp function and it's a faux flashlight!  It has no side buttons.  It's perfect.

Once my Sprint service is disconnected, I may try and sell my Sprint phone on eBay.  Seems like every time I try eBay I swear never again so maybe not.

We had a whole lotta motocycles in the parking lot this morning.  It's an annual charity ride.  I remember the first year, people in this building were frantic when they heard about it.  Sunday morning, hundreds of loud motorcycles and those kind of people.   The horror.   Today was the 5th annual.  I did not hear a peep about 'em this year.  And now they've ridden off to wherever they ride off to.  In time for the Mariners' fans.  I love my neighborhood.  There's always something.

I was expecting some work to come in this weekend but it didn't so, I've had the weekend off which, honestly, is fine by me.  Having a variable, no guarantees kind of income makes you want to grab whatever you can get whenever you can get it - at least it does me.  BUT, I have been able to sock away a good bit in the past year.  So I think I can relax a little and not worry about not having work every single minute.  I like a little down time but not too much.  Too much and I get a little stir crazy.  We do not want that.

Laundry is laundrying and I think right now I'm going to sit down to my weekly treat of CBS Sunday Morning.  I love that show - even when it's mostly reruns.

You know, if you hate the eBay, you might stick to something like Craig's List. That way you'll likely get a local buyer, you don't have to ship it anywhere, and it's a piece of cake.

I used it for a bunch of Ella's old stuff (like her swing and exersaucer) and it was awesome. I made people come and meet up with me so they could get the stuff, did it all in cash, and it was a piece of cake.

I sold my Ford Explorer that way, too.
It's all good.
