Oh yeah. This MWF machine day is going to work out just fine and dandy. AND actually doing 2 sets of 15 reps is way better than 30 reps.
I did the treadmill for 10 and then did one set of 15 on each machine (7 of them) and then did 10 minutes on the bike and then another set.
Perfect. Plus, tomorrow I'll be glad to get back to regular. Yes, this is just what I needed.
