Day 110

25 minutes on the treadmill and then the two sets of arm machines that I blew off yesterday and then 5 minutes on the bicycle. 

It was Tuesday dead in there today.  There was a new face.  A fat old lady. Or probably I should say another fat old lady.  She looked to be my age and my shape. She was doing about 2.5 on the treadmill and then did a couple of machines.   I got a chuckle thinking about buff young kids coming into the gym and seeing the two of us.  Wonder if they would think we're invading their space!  We're taking over!!!!!

I tried out some new beat music that I think is a hair too fast.  I need to tweak it for walking tomorrow. I'm thinking waterfront.  I need to get out there and get going and back while I've still got a long flat stretch of walk in that is in the shade!

I'm getting a big star today because 1) I am in charge of which star and 2) a big old lady needs a big old star!

I so enjoy reading your LJ, really all of it; however,I just so enjoy these entries about trips to the gym.

Thank you and I actually had you on the brain just minutes ago! I took my monthly load of bears to the Baby Corner and the woman who is always there to receive them gave such a wonderful hoot and holler when she realized it was me with another load. Made my week. I would have never found that place without you and it's perfect for my bears. Thank you!
