susandennis30 minutes on the treadmill and then 5 on the rowing machine. Hunky Guy from this building got there before me but only just. He spends most of his time in the weight lifting area which is to my back. So I couldn't watch. I think I'm going to ask Tija about putting review mirrors on the treadmills, rowing machines and bikes... yeah, that's a plan.
Center of the Universe Cindy - the one who spreads out her magazines, water, headphones on a machine and then disappears for 20 minutes and always demands that all three TV's be on the channels she wants, was there. I don't even say hi to her any more. But, if she ever leaves her crap on a machine I want, I do now have the stamina to lift it and toss it into a corner.
Otherwise, fairly uneventful. The sun wasn't too bad, thanks to some early morning clouds. Love clouds. Love them.
