susandennisI had a nice, restful day and now feel much better. And, since the Mariners just beat Detroit, I feel even better!
When I came in from the store, I dumped everything on the counter and put the cold stuff away and left the rest for later. When later came I discovered a plate of bakery treats that Sherry and Lee had left with a note while I was at the store! What fun and delicious.
They had been to the International District Fair and stopped at the bakery on the way home. Then they went to play golf. They got home a bit ago and called to report in. And, to make sure I was ok with their dropping in while I wasn't here. I was delighted to have them drop in and leave bakery treats!!
Knitting and chilling and baseball watching ensued and all is good. Betty thinks it's bedtime and I suspect she's right. Tomorrow...
