Betty's eating Part Deux

Tonight, I put a spoonful of food on her little plate.  Keep in mind this is the EXACT same food that she ignored on Wednesday when I first opened the can, scarfed up and threw up last night.  Tonight, again... ate every last drop and licked the plate (she channeling her inner dog now??) and skipped the throwing up part. 

I am suspicious of her new found eating...  what's she doing to work up such an appetite????  And why won't she even acknowledge my question when I ask????
