Anyone using Mozy?

I've been using Carbonite for a year now on two computers.  I have a couple of minor issues with the service but now I'm having a major one with their customer support or rather their poor excuse for it.

I sent a question last month and heard nothing for 3 days.  My question wasn't critical or crucial but 3 days is too long to way for any answer when I'm paying your full asking price for two computers.

Two days ago I sent an email asking how I can resubscribe both computers at once.  One of them expires on Sunday and one in a couple of weeks.  So far, I've heard jack shit.  I'm thinking they really aren't too interested in my resubscribing so if they don't care, I'm ready to switch.

Mozy seems like a good option.  Anyone have any experience with it?

When my work laptop died last year, Carbonite saved my ass. I'm going to continue it or something like it for sure. And probably it will be Mozy.

You still get the Find of the Year award for the whole cellphone thing.

I tried Mozy, but it interfered with several other applications I had to have running. So I've stuck to just doing manual backups to DVD every week, make 2 copies of the resulting DVD, and store them at separate locations.

I don't know if this is exactly what you want because I don't use anything online, but I back up once in awhile to an external harddrive. Oh...ooops here and too lazy to html it: http://www.acronis.com/

It's easy enough for me and you might check to see if they have online. (I've had too many daquiris to look!)

Go to the Mozy website and look at the blog (the segment titled "Moxy?"); they have a blurb about the tendency to call it "Moxy".
