10 mins on the treadmill and 1 set of 15 reps on the machines and then 10 mins on the bike and another set of the same.  I did ratchet up all the machines by 5 pounds and tried a little elevation on the treadmill.  Figured I'd just kick start Monday.

Neither the old fat lady nor the string bean were there today so I couldn't test whether Friday was the beginning of real bonding or a fluke.  Jerome was there but I did not spray him - again. 

Otherwise, not much to report.  Just your regular Monday.
