Day 143 - 2

Keeping it simple... 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Nothing fancy. 

New faces, tho...  Gym Queen was there, spread out over several bikes and stair machines as usual.  But, the crowd was sparse initially but the few who were there were new to me.  There were two really really large (as in wide and tall) black guys - they looked like they could be father and son and they were also dressed alike which was cute.  They were walking away on the treadmill (and after they finished that, they spent a lot of time on the machines and when I left they were doing weights.  whew).  Jerome, a long time ago, told me about a guy he worked with who was more than 500 pounds when he started and could barely walk.  I wonder if the bigger one of these guys is that guy now.

And, just before I left, Long Gray Beard with Long Gray Hair wandered in and started his bike work.  Me?  I'm sweaty.  But sufficiently starred for the day!
