My blue cheese artichoke pie turned out pretty darn tasty!



I'll be interested to see what it tastes like left over.   I don't mind cooking if I can cook once and stretch it out or freeze it for other meals.  I don't think this would freeze/thaw well but it might be quite tasty cold or reheated.

I was just thinking about you... I haven't read about your trimming the kittens' nails. Betty hates hates hates it and I'm getting clawed to death. All of the cat nail trimming advice says to start 'em when they are kittens and they will think they are just getting extra attention. Betty's not fooled and I didn't get her until she was about a year so I never had a chance but maybe you can trick your 'kids'.
