Day 149 - 2

I did 2/3rds of kjaz's triathlon.  15 mins on the treadmill and 15 mins on the rowing machine.  My timing was off - the sun was blasting through.  I was going to have to start with the rowing but my neighbor, Ann, came in for her shower and we dished condo dirt so long that by the time we were done, the sun had moved off a treadmill.

The regular weekend crowd was all there and accounted for...  except the small giant of the two new giant guys.  Big giant was there - on the treadmill in the sun.  It made me sweat just to watch him baking.  Whew.

I'm off to the shower... AFTER my star!
