Day 154 - 2

Triathlon day!  10 mins on the treadmill, 10 mins on the bike and 10 mins on the rowing machine. 

I was in a little later than usual but still caught the usual round of Thursday suspects.  There is a very cute, middle aged, gay guy who is always in there and always hugs and kisses everyone dramatically.  He's really funny.  The other day he was telling someone a story and boy, could he ever add the drama!  But, he's really nice and he works out hard and today he winked at me.  Maybe my hug and kiss are not far behind?

The shades were all nicely installed.  They only handle half the windows, though.  The top half will still give us son - but, hey, half is better than nothing.  And god took care of it today.  Cloudy and nearly cool.  Nice.
