susandennisMy mom just cracks me up. She has the equivalent of a lead foot on the mouse. She starts clicking (and I never understand how it starts) and pretty soon her desktop and applications are a mess. After trying several times via long distance phone to walk her through the fix... I put PCAnywhere on both our computers and it has made our lives so much easier.
I just got a note from her sayind 'I need help'. I knew immediately that she'd fallen and couldn't get up - computer wise. I hopped over via PCAnywhere and her start bar - 3 rows big was locked to the right hand side of the screen. The links and the application areas were switched (which really confuses her) and she'd lost her file list in Outlook Express. Took 2 seconds to make it all right. And she's happy again. And I'm delighted that even from 3,000 miles away I can help.
