Many folks missing from the regular crowd this morning... wonder if they've gone for the week?

I did 10 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the rowing machine and the bike.

Jerome was there and asked after my progress.  I assured him I was doing good and I am.  I feel good and energetic.  I do what I want to do and go where I want to go without the previous fear of getting too worn out to make it home.  And I'm still engaged in the workouts.  It's second nature to me now.

Wake up, coffee and paper, LJFriends page and a quick check for any flash fire work emails.  Then roll out of bed into my workout clothes and out the door.  It's all autopilot now.

And so it my sticker!!!

I like reading your updates. There's something comforting about a daily log connected to a program. Congratulations on making this part of your routine for so long.

Like, if you went a while without posting, I'd be certain something was wrong. Comfort in the non-disruption of everyday routine.

I enjoy your workout posts, too. I'm so happy you've stayed with it. Do you think it has made a big difference in the way you feel? Physically and mentally?

Just wondering...

Yes, you explained that quite nicely. I guess I asked about the mental aspects because I know, once long ago in another lifetime, I actually did an exercise workout for awhile (at home and in private!) and I remember feeling emotionally better. But that may have just been that the endorphins gave an extra boost to my anti depressant meds! Not that I'm insinuating that you need any sort of emotional lift or anything. I do think I'd probably be annoyed that I wasn't getting any smaller!!!

Anyway, I'm glad that you have more stamina, etc. I know that was your original goal. :)
