susandennisEveryone was back in the saddle today. Especially for a Tuesday, the place was jumpin'.
15 mins on the treadmill and 15 mins on the rower. But it wasn't easy. I didn't get a good night's sleep and I was hot. BUT... I was rewarded. When I stepped outside after, it was raining. Cool, beautiful rain. Kind of a pre-shower shower.
Some days go better than other days. And there's a special satisfaction in finishing up those not so good days even when you don't want to. So even I am glad to be back in that saddle again.
