10 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins on the rowing machine and reps but I'm worried.

I'm really losing interest.    I need something different, i think.  Tomorrow it will be music for sure.  I've been listening to my book and it's an interesting book but I do know that when I listen to music my body tends to not have to work as hard (ok, I know that's my imagination, but still).

Maybe next time she's in when I am, I'll talk to Tija and see if she has any suggestions.  They have classes but the classes seem so hard core and they are at really unhandy times.  But, maybe...

I need something.  On the up side it is no longer horribly hot outside so that helps a whole lot.

Now I need a shower!

I'm just really really impressed with your stick-to-it attitude.
You're a strong minded woman.

You need faster music! I like to use contra dance music (jigs and reels).

Have you tried the stair climber?

Do you vary the pitch on the tread mill. I find that changing parameters as you go makes it more interesting.

The 1812 Overture is a great walking piece. It has a warmup, then faster, then slower again, then the BIG finish with the cannons and all. Then you just need to cool down. I used to walk to that every day because it set such a great pace for the treadmill, and it runs thirteen minutes and some, which for me was good.

It might be worth a try =)

Our bodies adapt quite quickly to the exercises we do, so maybe you need something new to keep yourself interested. Or else I find if I go back to an old set of exercises I can really enjoy them all over again. Maybe another appointment with Jerome wouldn't hurt. And I was thinking our treadmills have programs that you can choose, hills and intervals and all sorts of things, so maybe you can select one of those and let the machine take you where it likes. I've always thought how cool it would be if we could place the treadmills in front of a big screen and watch all sorts of cool scenery roll past, rather than just TV programs. I'd love to design my own gym... anyway kept us posted on how you get on in the next few days! Hopefully you'll get your mojo back again soon/
