Ouweee! ouch! Seriously. The top of my thighs are probably more furious than yesterday. BUT, I soldier on. 20 minutes on the treadmill and 10 on the rower. Neither one at high speed or high elevation but at least done. Interestingly the rowing did not use the parts of my thighs that are so pissed off. I started not to even try it because the thought of pissing them off further hurt. But, I'm glad I did. It was good to sit!
Last night I had a thought about the room where Rosie and I did most of our stuff and where I will be doing it on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It's the wooden floored studio room and there really isn't another space to do a lot of the routines. BUT it's also where the classes are held. Last night I was thinking that this could really fuck up my routine. Fear not. No classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings so I can get in there easily.
My thighs had better get happier by tomorrow morning!
