Week 28 - she kilt me
Sep. 22nd, 2007 11:08 amHoly Shit. She took me through every single exercise TWICE and added weights. I thought for sure I told her 8 30 minute sessions. Guess I was wrong and I'm now beat to a pulp. But, a good pulp, I guess. But, I'm guessing my thighs are not going to be so happy again this week.
Missed Gym Queen or she didn't make it today. You'd think she'd have left me a note. Long haired guy with waist long beard was there pedaling away.
I am going to the shower.
