Does a rock fan shit in the parking lot?

I just counted 159 porta potties in the parking lot.  Most are in one giant group - Stink Alley?  And then there are 23 more sprinkled around in various corners and I'm not at all sure that The Tree That I Hate is not hiding more.

I thought it was supposed to start at 10 but it is now 11:15 and so far all we have is stages, tents, porta potties and a workers. 

Plus it's supposed to rain.
